One on one training

I am not going to focus on you being a beefcake or losing 50lbs in a very short amount of time, or working out 6 days a week for 2 hours a day to burn whatever number of calories you think you need to burn to be worthy of taking up space. I am here to encourage and teach you to move in ways that feel good and affirming to who you are in the world and help you to continue to feel good, and strong in the body you have now.

Even if you don’t think personal training is right for you, I’m also happy to help point people in the direction of other trainers or gyms that might be the right fit for their joyful movement journey. So please reach out even if it’s just to ask what gyms I’d recommend, or to share your experience with movement. Let’s get ready for our liberation, together!
